SHIPPING POLICY

We make every effort to ship your haul as quickly and carefully as possible.

Orders typically process in 3-5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your package is on the move. Shipping times vary based on location and our suppliers, but usually arrive within 5–10 business days.  Back-ordered and/or Personalized items may take longer.

Double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Once your order ships, we are unable to reroute it.

Note: We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or stolen packages marked “delivered.” We recommend contacting your local carrier for delivery-related concerns.

TL;DR: Orders typically ship in 3–5 days. Delivery takes 5–10 business days. Double-check your address. We cannot reroute or control the mail.
